Start small and easy

Everyone goes from beginner to advanced, but what beginners should keep in mind is to start with the smallest things and move on to the largest things as they get used to them. For example, when it comes to movement, start with basic techniques. Don't start with speed, but go from slow and sure to fast and sure. In manufacturing, start with things that can be completed in a short time. If you start with a small amount of work, you will always feel a sense of accomplishment through a series of small successes, and you will be able to continue while enjoying yourself.
